多谷物华芙饼
今天跟分享一道操作简单,营养又美味的谷物华芙饼,无糖无油,还有亚麻籽、葵花籽和燕麦等谷物在里面,外壳酥脆,内心柔软,一口咬下去酥脆松软,Q弹有嚼劲,还有燕麦香和多种谷物的香味,越嚼越香,比面包好吃,比蛋糕营养;搭配酸奶、水果、冰激凌或是咖啡,用来当早餐或是下午茶吃,营养又健康~~~

Steps to make 多谷物华芙饼

  • 1.备好食材。
  • 2.盆中倒入面粉和清水;我用的谷物面包预拌粉,已添加了盐、干酵母和众多谷物;所以不用再添加其它食材,只需要加适量的清水即可。
  • 3.先用筷子将面包粉和水搅拌均匀。
  • 4.案板上撒少许干粉,把面团拿出来,用手揉至光滑,几分钟就揉好了。
  • 5.把面团重新放回面盆中,盖上保鲜膜,在室温中自然发酵;天冷可用烤箱发酵。
  • 6.发酵到原来面团的2倍大小,用手指蘸面粉在顶部戳个洞,面团不塌陷不回缩既可。
  • 7.取出面团,轻轻按压排气,不用揉,直接用刀切割成8等份。
  • 8.再将每份小面团,搓圆,盖上保鲜膜松弛10分钟。
  • 9.然后把每个小面团重新揉圆,这步相当于给面团整形;盖膜,再次醒发20分钟。
  • 10.取出华芙饼机,在上下两面分别刷少许食用油;然后通电,预热1分钟;第一次使用模具,抹油保养又方便脱模具,也可以不抹油。
  • 11.取份小面团放在华芙饼盘的中央。
  • 12.然后盖上盖子,上下加热,大约烘烤3~5分钟,3分钟比较嫩软,5分钟更为酥脆,具体看各人口感来烘烤。
  • 13.烤到金黄色就可以了,用筷子挑起一边就能轻松脱模了;如果挑不出来,说明加热时间还不够,盖上盖子再加热一会儿即可。
  • 14.有的还会蘸在上面的盖子上,也是正常的。
  • 15.取出放在烤网上晾凉。
  • 16.外壳酥脆,内心柔软。
  • 17.一口咬下去Q弹有嚼劲,还有多种谷物的香味,越嚼越香,真好吃。
