Steps to make 鹰嘴豆甘露煮

  • 1.鹰嘴豆泡一夜,让豆子充分吸饱水分。

  • 3.豆子煮开后,关小火,煮20分钟。

  • 5.加入沥干水的豆子,小火,煮20分钟。
  • 6.倒入碗中。
  • 7.盖上烘焙纸,冷藏一夜。
