Steps to make 奶味飘飘“黄桃面包”

  • 1.面包机内倒入牛奶,鸡蛋,白糖,奶粉。面粉的上面放入发酵粉开始搅拌。进入发面程序。
  • 2.两个小时候后面团已经发酵,倒出排气揉匀,再发酵20分钟。
  • 3.揉匀后分成五个小剂子,再次醒发20分钟
  • 4.再次醒发后,擀开成小圆饼状,黄桃切成连刀状,扣在圆饼中间。烤箱预热10分钟180度。
  • 5.进入烤箱,烤制15分钟180度。
  • 6.15分钟后黄桃面包就烤好了。圆鼓鼓的,金黄的外表,焦焦脆脆的。非常好吃。
