  • 淡奶油140克
  • 蛋黄50克
  • 全蛋25克
  • 细砂糖40克
  • 香草精数滴

Steps to make 小山布丁

  • 1.准备所需材料。
  • 2.牛奶倒入奶锅内,滴入几滴香草精,小火加热,加热至沸腾前关火,边加热边搅拌,以免糊底。
  • 3.将淡奶油倒入煮好的牛奶中,搅拌均匀,煮至冒小泡即可关火。
  • 4.蛋黄和全蛋混合,再加入40克细砂糖搅拌均匀。
  • 5.将煮好的奶液缓缓的倒入蛋黄糊中,边倒边搅拌。
  • 6.搅拌均匀。
  • 7.然后过筛2遍,使布丁液更细腻。
  • 8.倒入布丁模具里,撇去表面的气泡,将模具放入烤盘内,烤盘倒入1-1.5厘米高的热水,然后放入预热烤箱150度中下层,烤60分钟。
  • 9.待凉后或冷藏食用。
