树莓面包
好朋友的一番好意,还是要排上用场,除了榨汁,剩下的树莓也被我榨汁后,加入鲜奶和酸奶和成面团自然发酵,第二天用来做面包。这个面包吃起来很有口感滴,因为树莓有籽,咀嚼的时候时刻都能感受到树莓滋味。

  • 牛奶130g
  • 白糖40g
  • 蛋液40g
  • 色拉油40g
  • 酵母4g
  • 2g
  • 中筋粉200g
  • 牛奶100g
  • 酸奶40g
  • 小苏打2g

Steps to make 树莓面包

  • 1.发酵好的中筋粉
  • 2.小苏打少兑一点水
  • 3.小苏打水一点一点揉进面团,闻着没有酸味,用刀切开,两块面对接不粘即可,分成两个剂子饧15分钟
  • 4.牛奶、鸡蛋等液体依次加入面包桶,糖加在一边角落,盐加在另一边角落,筛入高筋面粉,在面粉上面挖一个小洞,放上酵母后再盖上面粉,启动2个和面程序,然后选择发酵1小时
  • 5.取出发酵好的面团排气
  • 6.分成两个剂子,盖上保鲜膜饧15分钟
  • 7.两种颜色的面团各取一个剂子
  • 8.叠在一起
  • 9.擀成长方形
  • 10.沿一边卷起来
  • 11.均匀切块
  • 12.另两个剂子分成若干小剂子,擀成小饼叠在一起
  • 13.卷起来做成玫瑰花状,中间切开
  • 14.码入烤盘
  • 15.入烤箱二发,45度40分钟,取出刷蛋液,160度上下火烤20分钟
  • 16.出炉。
