【最是鲜美多汁】菠菜蒸肉丸
平时我和某人都在上班,做个永久的便当族已是不易,哪里有许多心思到捣鼓美味?虽说不会凹什么造型,但自己做的便当健康,营养,美味,最重要的是,食物都是自己喜爱的~~~
大概因为我是一个吃货~~也大概因为我是一个馋猫~~~所以周末我都待在家里做各种各样好吃的~~~
平时不方便买的食材,平时略费时间的做法,平时无法吃到的美味~~都让它们在周末呈现~~
我想我这个爱好是放弃不了的~~
做一个幸福的吃货,就是与美食同行~~
今天这道【菠菜蒸肉丸】依然没啥造型,但是口感非常鲜美哟,咬一口鲜美多汁,而且蒸出来的肉丸也挺健康的~~~
无论是减肥人士,或是注重养生的朋友,都可以试试这道菜,绝对不会让你失望~~

Details of ingredients

  • 猪瘦肉330g
  • 山药60g
  • 菠菜35g
  • 老姜5g
  • 植物油10g
  • 1小勺
  • 秘制肉馅调味料3小勺
  • 料酒1小勺
  • 藤椒油1.5小勺
  • 干淀粉2小勺
  • 水淀粉10g

Steps to make 【最是鲜美多汁】菠菜蒸肉丸

  • 1.备好食材:猪瘦肉,菠菜,山药,老姜;
  • 2.猪瘦肉洗净,去皮,同洗净的老姜一起剁成肉末;山药去皮,洗净,切丁;
  • 3.肉馅同山药丁混合,调入适量料酒;
  • 4.调入适量【淘大】秘制肉馅调味料;
  • 5.调入适量藤椒油;
  • 6.再调入适量淀粉;
  • 7.肉馅用筷子往同一个方向画圈,搅拌均匀,腌制15分钟左右;
  • 8.肉馅分别搓成小丸子,放进蒸碗里;我的蒸锅比较小,所以分了两次蒸;
  • 9.蒸锅加水,放上蒸碗,中火蒸20分钟左右;
  • 10.另起锅,倒入适量清水,盐,植物油烧开;
  • 11.放入洗净的菠菜,然后关火,捞出,放入凉白开浸泡片刻;
  • 12.菠菜挤干水分,团成一个圈,有多少丸子就团多少个菠菜圈;
  • 13.蒸好的肉丸盛出,放在菠菜圈上;
  • 14.另起锅,将蒸碗里的汤汁倒入锅里,加入适量清水;
  • 15.调入适量【淘大】秘制肉馅调味料、藤椒油,烧开;
  • 16.调入适量水淀粉,搅拌均匀,关火;
  • 17.将汤汁淋在菠菜肉丸上即可。
