    Steps to make 盐局猪肾

    • 1.到市场买到新鲜的猪肾和黑胡椒,首先,把猪肾用刀剖开一个口,把里面的白筋挑干净(除腥味),然后用盐擦猪肾,擦出血水洗干净。
    • 2.把黑胡椒千万要炒一下先不然不辣。
    • 3.塞到猪肾里面缝好(我用的是牙签,要是不怕麻烦可用线更好)。
    • 4.用锡纸(如果有专用的食物纸更好,能吸水,锡纸要扎些小孔让它到时出水)包好待用。
    • 5.把微波炉用来煮饭的锅,用盐铺一层在下面,把用锡纸包好的猪肾放在里面,用盐覆盖着,上面再铺上鹌鹑蛋,最后放一层盐把盖子盖好(有点像过年后腌桔子一样,一层猪肾和蛋一层盐)。
    • 6.用高火大概烤了30分钟(小心,非常热,千万要等冷后才拿出来,不然那个锅会溶,我已经溶了一个,嘻嘻)。打开微波炉一阵香气出来,好味道。把盐和胡椒清理好放在碟子里才想起忘记照相了,喃喃,赶快照了两张,可惜没照到从微波炉出来的盐塔。
