红米起源于我国,距今大约有1千多年的历史,是在大米中液体深层发酵精致而成的一种红色霉菌。它外皮呈紫红色,内心红色,米质较好,营养价值也较高,微有酸味,味淡。胖子用红米做馅儿包成杂粮包,吃起来及营养又健康。

  • 1.红米加适量清水入蒸锅中煮熟
  • 2.在煮熟的红米中加入糖粉和奶油
  • 3.充分拌匀
  • 4.再把拌好的红米分成大小适中的饭团
  • 5.杂豆面和面粉混合
  • 6.加入酵母和适量清水揉成面团
  • 7.盖上湿笼布盖盖放在阳光下自然醒发
  • 8.醒发好的面团排气揉上劲
  • 9.揉好的面团下剂子
  • 10.再把每个剂子都在揉一遍
  • 11.擀成面皮
  • 12.面皮中放入红米馅儿
  • 13.用手的虎口收口
  • 14.整理成型
  • 15.做好剩余的坯子
  • 16.盖上毛巾再醒发20分钟
  • 17.将醒发好的面丕放入蒸锅中冷水上汽旺火蒸15分钟再关火虚蒸5分钟即可
