  • 1.鲈鱼洗净,去鳞去腮去鱼鳍去内脏,沥干水分

  • 3.用味好美炸粉花椒粉八角粉料酒生鸡蛋调成炸鱼面糊
  • 4.将鱼在面糊中蘸均匀

  • 7.将炸好的鱼捞出,放在预先铺好的锡纸上
  • 8.在番茄底部用刀划一个“十字”
  • 9.插上筷子,用煤气灶大火烧一下,皮就容易剥了
  • 10.剥好皮的番茄
  • 11.切小丁加几片洋葱
  • 12.下油锅翻炒
  • 13.放适量盐,盖锅盖,转小火焖烂
  • 14.加入泰式酸辣酱和鱼露
  • 15.大火收汤至自己需要的浓度
