Steps to make 咖喱牛腩

  • 1.备牛腩1000克。
  • 2.土豆2个,洗净去皮。
  • 3.牛腩切成3.3厘米见方的块,放入清水中浸泡发白捞出。
  • 4.牛肉入沸水中稍焯。
  • 5.清洗干净。
  • 6.备葱段姜片洋葱。
  • 7.土豆切成滚刀块,洋葱切末,备咖喱粉。
  • 8.将炒锅置火上,倒入精炼油,烧至6、7成热,放入葱段姜片炒香。
  • 9.倒入牛肉块。
  • 10.煸炒倒入料酒。
  • 11.锅中加入适量清水,漫过牛肉。
  • 12.烧开后撇去浮沫。
  • 13.小火炖制2小时。
  • 14.另起一锅入油,烧热后倒入土豆炸至呈淡黄色捞出。
  • 15.原锅留油,烧热后放入葱末。
  • 16.煸炒出味。
  • 17.倒入咖喱粉。
  • 18.煸炒出香味。
  • 19.倒入炖好的牛肉及牛肉汤。
  • 20.倒入土豆。
  • 21.加入精盐转文火焖至土豆牛肉软烂,转旺火收浓汤汁。
  • 22.装盘即可。
