  • 酒浸桂圆干90克

Steps to make 【低卡系列之三】桂圆吐司

  • 1.除桂圆干外的所有原料厨师机揉出膜,加入切碎的桂圆干低速+手工揉匀。
  • 2.5度冰箱冷藏发酵一晚。
  • 3.取出,如面团未完成基础发酵,室温放置至基础发酵完成,如面团已完成基础发酵,直接进行排气,分割成4份,滚圆松弛。
  • 4.再次滚圆,收口向下2个一组放入450克吐司模中进行二次发酵。
  • 5.二次发酵好的面包。
  • 6.烤箱160度预热,烤55分钟。如加盖,烤60分钟。
