美味桃子酱
我到乡下采来了好多的小桃子。个子虽然小,颜色也不红,但桃子味儿真浓。一时半会儿吃不完,于是我就用它们来做桃子酱。

做法很简单,不用料理机,直接去核切成小块,用白糖腌出桃汁来,再小火慢熬,这样虽然费些时间,但是做出的桃子酱能吃出大块的桃肉来,这有别于外卖的那种细腻的桃酱,因此在口感上更增添了一丝乐趣。

Steps to make 美味桃子酱

  • 1.小桃子清洗干净
  • 2.去掉桃核,用刀随意切成小块,然后倒入白糖
  • 3.充分搅拌均匀,腌制1小时左右
  • 4.桃子被腌出许多的汁来,而且略微变蔫
  • 5.入煮锅中先中火煮开,再转小火慢慢熬
  • 6.新鲜柠檬一个准备好
  • 7.挤出柠檬汁来待用
  • 8.待桃子肉全部变软后,可用勺子捣烂,熬至粘稠状时,可调入新鲜的柠檬汁,搅拌均匀;
  • 9.继续熬15分钟左右,桃酱更加粘稠,可关火
  • 10.将桃子酱舀入事先煮好并控水的瓶子中,盖锅,倒立放置。凉后,可正放入冰箱冷藏保存
  • 11.桃子果酱很浓稠,还能看见大块的桃子肉
  • 12.用来抹面包,做蛋糕夹心真非常好吃呢
