1.取整片羊排用水汌一下，放入锅中加入 洋葱 大姜 胡萝卜 香菜 尖椒 至羊排熟透，大概40分钟。![]()
2.羊排熟后取出，用蒸锅 锅内无需加水 先放入茶叶 略炒一下 放入红糖，马上放好箅子放上羊排盖好锅盖。![]()
3.羊排熏制中， 我用的是大锅，熏制三分钟即可。 熏制时小心自己被烟雾熏到了。
