  芹菜叶子,在我家吃法很多,从来都没有扔掉,这个吃法特别简单,喜欢吃蒜的看看,不喜欢的绕道,嘿嘿!
  买把芹菜回来,趁着新鲜,赶快把叶子取出来,先拌了吃。

    Steps to make 蒜泥芹菜叶

    • 1.  材料图。
    • 2.烧一锅水,滴上烹调油,放上盐,将洗好的芹菜叶子焯水,不要焯老了,过水就差不多了。一定要滴上油和盐,先行入味儿并保持菜色。
    • 3.将焯好水的菜叶捞出,可以过一下凉,也可以不过,随意。
    • 4.用石臼捣蒜泥,这样捣出的蒜泥最纯正了。
    • 5.取一小碗,取出蒜泥,放一点儿糖,生抽 芝麻油,辣椒油,拌均匀。
    • 6.将焯好的菜改一下刀,拌上蒜泥即可。
