Steps to make 麻辣豆腐虾

  • 1.先来准备好所需要的食材,豆腐选用北豆腐。
  • 2.豆腐冲洗一下,再切成厚一点的大片。
  • 3.海虾去虾线再剪去虾须,清洗干净。
  • 4.平底锅里放入稍多一些的食用油,把豆腐放进去煎,煎至两面金黄取出。
  • 5.另起锅葱姜爆香。
  • 6.再加入适量的热水烧开,水量约可没过豆腐的一多半即可。
  • 7.烧开后加入麻辣香锅料,用量可以根据个人的口味加。
  • 8.再次烧开后放入海虾,盖上盖子,大火烧开转中小火炖。
  • 9.大约炖10分钟左右,海虾变色再大火收汁即可出锅。
