自制炼乳
第一次自己动手做炼乳,很简单,跟美友们学的,现吃现做,既新鲜又不会浪费。

Steps to make 自制炼乳

  • 1.不粘小奶锅,纯牛奶250毫升,白糖35克(糖量随各自口味酌情增减)。
  • 2.白糖放入牛奶中,小火烧煮,中途不停的搅拌防止糊锅。
  • 3.大概煮了10多分钟,牛奶粘稠发黄,起小泡泡就是煮好了,放凉以后会变稠。
  • 4.量不多,现吃现做,吃不完的放在消毒过的玻璃瓶中冷藏保存。
