糖制山楂
大果山楂,切片,晾晾,糖腌,太好吃了,不懂叫什么名字或者做法,随便起个。
我们这的山楂是绿色的那种,以前山上野生的很涩,好些还有渣,现在卖的都是种植的,果大无渣涩味严重降低,稍加制作很好吃,这个果,不管什么做法,或者根本不处理,反正想想就流口水的那种,和望梅止渴有得一比。

Steps to make 糖制山楂

  • 1.大果山楂洗干净,切好,切的时候顺便去核。晾两三天吧,表皮皱了弯了就可以了。切的照片没有拍,晾的时候忍无可忍决定发个菜谱。
  • 2.晾好后最好用干净的水略为清洗,因为在外面晾久了难免有灰尘。
  • 3.找个干净的容器把山楂放进去,撒上白糖。有的人用冰糖的,我嫌冰糖大颗难融。
  • 4.抛匀。
  • 5.最后一次在上面多撒点糖。
  • 6.我没有更大的容器,用的锅胆没有盖。保鲜膜封好。
  • 7.放冰箱冷藏或者不放都可以。我不记得放了多久了,大概有一周,糖融化了,试试味道看需不需要加糖。腌的期间可以抛抛让底下和上面各部位的都腌均匀。
  • 8.再晾一天就可以了。不要太干,会硬,不晾也可以,就是有糖水湿哒哒的而已。剩下的糖水别倒掉,可以直接喝,浓的话冲点开水,或者拿来炖肉也很美味。
  • 9.晾好了,边晾边吃。
  • 10.密封保存。很开胃的(⊙o⊙)哦
