豆角焖面

Steps to make 豆角焖面

  • 1.豆角择成段, 清洗干净 。(以下食材为两人量)
  • 2.准备火腿肠、 鸡蛋、 小香葱 。
  • 3.面饼两块 。
  • 4.火腿肠切片 、葱切粒、 再来点蒜末。
  • 5.鸡蛋加盐用筷子调匀,入锅煎至定型后盛出,切成丝,备用。
  • 6.锅中放油,炒香蒜末 。
  • 7.豆角入锅炒 。
  • 8.加少量的盐炒至变色 。
  • 9.放入火腿肠,大火翻炒片刻 。
  • 10.加入适量的清水煮开 。
  • 11.放入面饼 ,盖上盖,中小火焖五分钟。
  • 12.时间到开盖,面已熟,水分也快收干。
  • 13.倒入鸡蛋丝, 放入酱油 、老抽和胡椒粉调味。
  • 14.再撒上葱花 。
  • 15.翻拌均匀后出锅 。
  • 16.成品。一盘豆角焖面完成 ,大大的缩短了做饭的时间 ,食材丰富 ,不失营养。
