香煎豆沙粽
对门大姐超爱我家牛大宝,有里要有什么好吃的或是大宝爱吃的东西,她总是会带出来给大宝吃。这不前几天又拿了一个超大的粽子来,大姐讲蒸也可以,煎也可以,反正你家牛大宝喜欢。谢过大姐之后,我就在想要如何加热一下给大宝吃。后来想想还是问小子好了。

晚上接了大宝回来,问了他之后,小子说好久没有吃红糖蘸的粽子了,最好是煎一下再蘸糖。不错小子一段时间不在家里吃饭,这好吃的本事还是这么好。就如你所说得煎一下再蘸,于是我就用鸡蛋液裹了一下,然后再用多用锅慢火煎制了一下,真是好香哦。

Steps to make 香煎豆沙粽

  • 1.这款点心的备料有:大粽子一个,鸡蛋二个,二个鸡蛋,然后再备一点熟芝麻及红糖。
  • 2.将冷粽子切厚薄相等的片。
  • 3.然后鸡蛋打散,将粽子片下锅裹上一层蛋液。
  • 4.然后预热好多用锅,我用了多用锅的六孔盘,在每个盘子里刷一层薄油。
  • 5.然后三档的火候,就慢慢煎至粽子片二面脆香。多用锅这样子的设计好,用油量少,受热又均匀。
  • 6.为了让粽子内部更为糯口一点,可以加入少许的清水再焖一下。
  • 7.焖至收汁之后,再翻面至二面脆香。
  • 8.最后出锅之后再加入适量的红糖及熟芝麻调味就可以。
  • 9.这样子外表脆香里面糯口的香煎粽子就完成啦,当点心或是零嘴很不错哦。
