花生抹茶牛轧糖

  • 奶粉50克
  • 抹茶粉5克
  • 黄油15克

Steps to make 花生抹茶牛轧糖

  • 1.准备材料。
  • 2.花生放入烤箱,130度,烤10分钟,取出放凉。
  • 3.将花生去皮,和奶粉,抹茶粉混合均匀。
  • 4.在一个大碗中放入棉花糖和黄油。
  • 5.微波炉转40秒,倒入花生奶粉抹茶粉的混合物。
  • 6.趁热搅拌均匀,如果冷了就再再微波炉里转10秒,搅拌均匀后放在油纸上。
  • 7.再在上面盖上一张油纸,压扁后擀平成1公分厚片。
  • 8.放入冰箱中冷藏,变硬了之后取出切成小块即可。
