虽然还没有到了可以大量腌制韩式泡菜的时间,可嘴馋的我却有点迫不及待了;大白菜这时候不适合腌制,那咱就腌二根白萝卜吧,这样也可以少腌点,既解馋也不用担心温度高会变质了~~~

  • 1.备好白萝卜
  • 2.削皮后清洗干净
  • 3.将白萝卜先切段、再切条
  • 4.放入干净的盆中、加4小勺食盐
  • 5.搅拌均匀
  • 6.腌制1天、盆中已溢出许多盐水
  • 7.挤掉盐水沥干在放入盆中
  • 8.加入适量韩式泡菜酱
  • 9.用勺子搅拌均匀
  • 10.装入无水无油的容器中、腹膜加盖放至冰箱冷藏室
  • 11.一周后就可食用了
