这是自己第一次做司康。做的非常的成功。司康(scone), 是英式快速面包 (Quick Bread) ,它的名字是由苏格兰皇室加冕的地方,一块有长久历史并被称为司康之石 (Stone of Scone) 或命运之石 (Stone of Destiny)的石头而来的。快来试试吧。因为没有牛奶。所以加了奶粉和清水、一样非常棒的哟、做的是酵母版的司康。非常的好吃。

  • 高筋面粉130g
  • 橄榄油15g
  • 葡萄干15g
  • 白糖20g
  • 奶粉10g
  • 蛋液20g
  • 1g
  • 清水60g
  • 酵母3g

Steps to make 葡萄干司康

  • 1.葡萄干洗净晾干水份待用。
  • 2.所有材料混合揉成出膜光滑的面团。
  • 3.把面团按扁放一半的葡萄干。然后对折起来,再揉成圆形。
  • 4.再次将面团压扁,放入剩下的葡萄干。
  • 5.再次对折起来,揉成圆形。把圆形面团放入碗里。记住盖上保鲜膜哦。放入冰箱一晚上低温发酵。
  • 6.冷藏后的面团取出来按扁之后切成八份。
  • 7.蛋液搅散备用。
  • 8.全部均匀的涂上蛋液。
  • 9.烤箱预热180°上下火10分钟。
  • 10.放入烤箱上火180°,下火160°。烤15分钟,烤至金黄色后可以加盖锡纸。也可以把温度上下火调控一下即可出炉。
  • 11.成品。
