三寸南瓜蛋糕

  • 80克
  • 白糖70克
  • 白醋2勺

Steps to make 三寸南瓜蛋糕

  • 1.模具请洗干净后擦干没有水滴!
  • 2.蛋黄与蛋白分开!
  • 3.蛋黄里面放入白糖搅拌至白糖全部融化!
  • 4.倒入水搅拌均匀!
  • 5.倒入食用油搅拌至全部融合!
  • 6.筛入面粉!
  • 7.搅拌均匀无颗粒!
  • 8.蛋白里面放入白醋和白糖打发!
  • 9.打发至硬性发泡!
  • 10.取一半的蛋白放入放入蛋黄糊里搅拌均匀!
  • 11.然后把搅拌好的蛋黄糊倒入剩余的一半蛋白中搅拌均匀,然后把气泡震出来,我这个是还没震得~
  • 12.模具里面抹一层薄薄的油,方便脱模!
  • 13.把蛋黄糊倒入模具中,烤箱预热210°中层五分钟左右改为160°25--30分钟即可!
  • 14.烤好了之后拿出来立刻倒扣!
  • 15.脱模,也挺美的~
