  • 玉米油30g
  • 全蛋液50g
  • 打奶油100g
  • 2g
  • 40g

Steps to make 胡萝卜淡奶油小排包

  • 1.胡萝卜切片用蒸锅蒸15分钟蒸熟,取出晾凉。一次可以多蒸一些,剩余做其他面食用非常好吃。
  • 2.胡萝卜片加入料理机放水搅打成胡萝卜泥。谁不要放多了,我用200g的胡萝卜大约放了30g的水。
  • 3.取60g的胡萝卜泥放入面包桶,加入100g的淡奶油。放入玉米油,全蛋液,盐和糖。
  • 4.筛入面粉,放入酵母。启动面包机发面程序,共90分钟。也可以揉面程序30分钟,取出室温发酵1小时。
  • 5.90分钟面发好。
  • 6.发好的面团取出揉匀排气松弛10分钟
  • 7.把面团分成30g一个的小面剂子
  • 8.每个剂擀成长方形,记得宽度要和自己所用的模具一样。
  • 9.卷起。
  • 10.我用了几个乳酪模具,把卷好的剂子排入模具内。
  • 11.二次饧发2倍大后,涂上一层蛋液,(和面的时候全蛋液用了50g,用一个大鸡蛋,剩余的正好够涂剂子表面的)撒上杏仁片。
  • 12.烤箱预热180度,烤盘放中层,上下火,18分钟,我不想让面包表皮上色,所以直接加盖锡纸。
