奶油纸杯蛋糕

  • 鸡蛋7个
  • 白糖70克
  • 80克
  • 食用油50克
  • 白醋2勺
  • 奶油100ml

Steps to make 奶油纸杯蛋糕

  • 1.蛋黄与蛋白分开!
  • 2.蛋黄中放入白糖搅拌至白糖全部融化!
  • 3.倒入水搅拌均匀!
  • 4.倒入食用油搅拌至全部融合!
  • 5.筛入面粉!
  • 6.搅拌均匀至无颗粒!
  • 7.蛋白里倒入白醋和白糖,用打蛋器打发!
  • 8.打发至硬性发泡!
  • 9.取一半蛋白放入蛋黄糊里面搅拌均匀!
  • 10.把搅拌好的蛋黄糊倒入剩下的一半蛋白中搅拌均匀,气泡可以震几下,我这个是还没有震!
  • 11.把蛋黄糊倒入模具中,烤箱预热180°中层五分钟左右转160°十五分钟就可以了!
  • 12.奶油打发九成之后放入可食用色素搅拌均匀!
  • 13.裱花嘴装入裱花袋里面,然后裱花到蛋糕上就可以了!
