Steps to make 麻婆豆腐

  • 1.牛肉切成小丁,加入料酒、盐腌制一下。
  • 2.豆腐切块,锅中水加入盐烧开放入豆腐,焯水1分钟捞出。
  • 3.锅中倒入食用油烧热,放入肉末炒至变色。
  • 4.放入花椒、葱姜蒜末炒香。
  • 5.放入郫县豆瓣酱、辣椒面炒出红油。
  • 6.倒入适量水烧开。
  • 7.放入豆腐,加入老抽、酱油、鸡精、盐烧开,中小火煮3分钟左右。
  • 8.倒入水淀粉,大火收汁,撒上葱花。
  • 9.成品图。
