抹茶樱桃蛋糕
看到这款蛋糕,我就伤心了,我真是画蛇添足,其实用水果点缀好蛋糕就可以了,我还很多手的筛了一点抹茶粉,使的这一款蛋糕看起来不怎么小清新。但口味还是很棒得,用少许的抹茶粉冲击奶油的甜香,下次要想个好的筛法,使得这抹茶粉点缀后更加的有美感。

  • 白糖40克
  • 抹茶粉1茶匙

Steps to make 抹茶樱桃蛋糕

  • 1.备料低粉,鸡蛋,白糖,抹茶粉。
  • 2.将蛋清分离出,分次加糖。
  • 3.打至蛋白发泡。
  • 4.再分次加入蛋黄,快速打至蛋黄蛋白融合。
  • 5.将抹茶粉及低粉过筛加入。
  • 6.拌至无干粉状。
  • 7.将蛋糕糊加至在烤盘里。
  • 8.入烤箱150度烤制30分钟。
  • 9.烤好后放凉,备好奶油及抹茶粉再樱桃。
  • 10.奶油糖粉抹茶粉打好发,裱在蛋糕上面,再用樱桃点缀一下,最后再筛一点抹茶粉。(事后我觉得还是不要筛抹茶粉会更好)
