    • 1.准备好材料。大蒜切成蒜蓉。
    • 2.将鲜虾剪去虾须、虾脚,剔除虾线(直接从虾背剪开),用料酒和盐腌制一会。
    • 3.粉丝用温水泡发。
    • 4.蒜蓉取一半,过油,加胡椒粉、白糖、盐炒匀后盛出;与另一半蒜蓉混合。
    • 5.将粉丝摆入盘内,放上鲜虾。
    • 6.将蒜蓉撒到鲜虾上。
    • 7.如果怕腥味的可以加一点蒸鱼豉油。(不放味道更鲜美)。
    • 8.蒸锅大火烧开后,放入粉丝大虾,大火蒸5分钟。
