虾滑油菜汤

Steps to make 虾滑油菜汤

  • 1.大虾剥去虾壳,去虾线,包好虾仁。
  • 2.留四个虾仁切成丁,其余虾仁剁碎成泥状,这样口感好。
  • 3.加少许料酒、蛋清、盐、胡椒粉搅拌。
  • 4.加入适量淀粉顺一个方向继续搅拌,感觉有点上劲即可。
  • 5.虾仁用勺子舀成一个个小球,每次舀时在勺子上沾点水,防粘。或用手挤也可以。
  • 6.放冰箱冷藏2个小时。
  • 7.油菜洗净。
  • 8.锅中水开后,下入虾滑。
  • 9.虾滑变色熟了,下入油菜烫一下变色,加少许盐、胡椒粉、滴几滴香油调味。
  • 10.清淡可口营养丰富。
