Steps to make 三色粗糧饅頭

  • 1.材料準備好。
  • 2.全部去皮蒸熟(紫薯,紅薯留一塊)。
  • 3.三種顏色趁熱加糖壓泥(放溫了加酵母)。
  • 4.加入面粉。
  • 5.揉成面團,蓋上保鮮紙醒發30分鐘左右(天氣冷的地方要更長時間)。
  • 6.等醒發時,我們把留用的紫紅薯切小丁。
  • 7.面團醒好了,揉揉排氣。
  • 8.用擀面杖擀成大片再加上剪碎的蔓越莓(白色的面團是山藥)。
  • 9.紫薯面團的我加紅薯丁,南瓜面團我加紫薯丁。
  • 10.全部揉合成團。
  • 11.每一個團切出三份。
  • 12.每一份揉成長條。
  • 13.把三條編辮起(如圖)。
  • 14.大小長短都可以。
  • 15.放蒸鍋里醒3分鐘再開大火蒸13分鐘。
  • 16.蒸熟不要立馬打開,燜五分鐘再開蓋哦。
