  • 鸡蛋1只
  • 30克
  • 黄油20克
  • 酵母3克

Steps to make 红米吐司

  • 1.先将红米熬成粥
  • 2.把所有的材料放入面包筒里,除黄油外,设制和面20分钟
  • 3.和面20分钟后加入黄油继续和面20分钟
  • 4.发酵至2到2.5倍
  • 5.排空气分3小团醒15分
  • 6.把面团擀成长条,由上往下卷起
  • 7.放入模具内进行第二次发酵
  • 8.发酵至8分满,凃上全蛋液,烤箱180度预热5分钟上下烤35分钟
