    • 1.莴笋去皮后切成丝或刨成丝。
    • 2.放适量的盐,拌匀,腌制15分钟。
    • 3.准备好小葱,如果想成品更好看,可以再准备一点红椒。
    • 4.腌好的莴笋滤掉水分。
    • 5.放少量的鸡精的糖。
    • 6.搅匀。
    • 7.锅里放适量的油,加入葱白段,小火熬制,直到葱白变色,将葱白去掉,将葱油淋在撒好小葱末的莴笋丝上即可。
