Steps to make 韭菜红椒炒贝肉

  • 1.扇贝肉化冻,韭菜红椒清洗干净。
  • 2.扇贝肉是半成品,上面的鳃、内脏需要去除干净才能食用。
  • 3.零星的这些就是摘除下来的鳃和内脏。
  • 4.全部的扇贝肉都清理干净,再用清水淘洗两遍;沥干水备用。
  • 5.将韭菜根部切掉不要,其余部分切成寸段,红椒去籽,切细长滚刀块。
  • 6.炒锅中倒适量油,大火,油温5成热时,将扇贝肉倒入锅中翻炒,待微微出汤时,倒少许料酒去腥。
  • 7.撒适量盐、倒少许生抽,将韭菜和红椒倒入锅中。
  • 8.翻炒几下,让大部分韭菜变色即可关火,出锅。
  • 9.韭菜红椒炒贝肉,入口鲜香味美!
