入品即化的松软:拜拜蛋糕
前几天入手了三能的15厘米中空模具,这样平时孩子想吃蛋糕的时候做一个小小的,刚好能吃完,也不浪费哦。用妃娟的方子,配料除以2,做这个15厘米的中空模具刚好满模。

  • 低筋面粉50克
  • 牛奶40克
  • 植物油50克
  • 蛋黄45克
  • 蛋清85克
  • 细砂糖40克

Steps to make 入品即化的松软:拜拜蛋糕

  • 1.提前将低粉两次过筛到容器中。
  • 2.倒入植物油。
  • 3.倒入牛奶。
  • 4.用刮刀以翻拌的方法把面和液体拌至呈糊状。
  • 5.倒入蛋黄,用手动打蛋器在面糊里画z字的方式进行搅拌
  • 6.分次加入细砂糖,蛋清打至中性偏干(能拉出弯钩状)
  • 7.取1/3的蛋白放入蛋黄糊中,用刮刀翻拌均匀。
  • 8.将拌好的蛋糊倒回打发的蛋白中,继续用刮刀翻拌均匀。
  • 9.拌好的蛋糕糊是细致的,从据模具20cm的高处倒入模具中。
  • 10.送入提前预热好的烤箱中,上下火,中下层,175度烤大约25分钟,表面呈金黄色即可。出炉后要把模具倒扣,晾凉后脱模具。
