麻辣腐乳
腐乳被称为"东方奶酪",富含维生素B,由于豆腐在制作过程中经过霉菌发酵,使蛋白质吸消化吸收率更高,微生物分解了豆类中的质酸,让大豆中不易被人体吸收的铁、锌等矿物质更容易吸收,经常吃点腐乳,可以开胃消食,降低胆固醇,还可以美容呢。

  • 辣椒粉60g
  • 花椒粉10g
  • 醪糟100g
  • 白酒10g
  • 姜粉10g

Steps to make 麻辣腐乳

  • 1.将豆腐用清水冲洗干净,控干水分备用。
  • 2.把豆腐切成1厘米见方的小块,放入蒸笼中。等锅中的水煮沸后将蒸笼放入锅中,五分钟即可。
  • 3.准备好所有配料。
  • 4.用筷子夹一块豆腐放入醪糟和白酒中滚一遍
  • 5.然后再将豆腐放入混合粉料中,四面均匀粘上粉料
  • 6.然后放入容器中
  • 7.容器装满后,把剩余的辣椒粉倒入,余下的白酒醪糟也倒入,再加入适量的菜籽油以隔绝空气。
  • 8.最后撒上一层芝麻,用保鲜膜封口,放置在15℃左右的地方发酵,大约10左右就可以吃了。
