渍菜粉
渍菜粉又名酸菜粉,是深受北方人们喜爱的一道家常菜肴。主要材料为东北酸菜、粉条、猪肉。色泽金黄闪亮,口味独特香浓。

    Steps to make 渍菜粉

    • 1.东北酸菜半颗大约500克用水淘洗干净,挤干水分切成酸菜丝备用。如果不喜欢太酸可以用清水浸泡一会儿去一下酸味儿
    • 2.葱、姜、蒜剥去外皮清洗干净,分别切成葱花、姜片,大蒜用刀面压扁即可,八角一颗冲洗干净备好
    • 3.带皮五花肉两块用温水冲洗干净,切成厚薄均匀的大肉片备用
    • 4.粉条用水冲洗干净浸泡至变软,控干水分备用
    • 5.热锅加入比炒菜时多一点的花生油,把五花肉片炒出香味并且出油,葱花、姜片、大蒜、八角爆香,适量的料酒烹锅
    • 6.放入切好的酸菜丝翻炒均匀,并且炒干水分使酸菜丝充分的吸收油脂
    • 7.加入适量的清水大火煮沸后放入浸泡过的条
    • 8.加适量的盐调味儿炖煮至粉条熟透即可(大约10分钟)即可关火
    • 9.关火后加少许鸡精调味儿并且搅拌均匀
    • 10.盛入汤盘中,开始享用吧!
