自制纳豆
多年之前偶然接触到纳豆,竟然喜欢上闻着臭吃着香的纳豆,我就开始自己琢磨做纳豆,买回纳豆菌粉或者用超市售卖的盒装纳豆做菌种,但是一直局限于冬天有暖气的时候制作。刚入手的小熊酸奶纳豆机,它有个专门做纳豆的容器,用起来超级简单,再也不用担心夏天吃不到纳豆,再也不用担心暖气上的纳豆发过了头。

Steps to make 自制纳豆

  • 1.干黄豆用清水浸泡一夜
  • 2.浸泡后的黄豆滤掉水分,挑出碎豆子,把黄豆平铺在盘子中
  • 3.在黄豆表面均匀的撒上一层白糖,压力锅中放入足量的水,放入支架,盘子放在支架上,用压力锅的煮豆功能开始蒸黄豆
  • 4.待烹饪程序结束,压力归零后开盖,蒸好的黄豆,颜色已经变深,用汤匙搅拌黄豆与盘中的汤汁混匀
  • 5.蒸好的黄豆平铺放入纳豆机的虑筐中,静止一会滤掉水分
  • 6.待水分基本滤干后,提起篮子不再往下滴水即可,把菌粉洒在黄豆表面,用干净的勺子拌匀
  • 7.盖好盖子,接通电源,选择纳豆功能,时间默认16个小时,可以放心的让机器工作了
  • 8.发酵时间结束后的纳豆就是图中的样子,用保险袋装起放入冰箱冷藏保存几个小时后再食用,也就是纳豆的后熟;
  • 9.做好的纳豆怎么吃?很简单的吃法,一点生抽、白糖、葱花、海苔或撕碎的紫菜,拌匀了就可以吃
