Steps to make 黑芝麻汤圆

  • 1.准备好糯米粉,一般超市都有卖现成的,我是把家里的糯米用料理机打成了糯米粉,感觉没有买的那么细腻。
  • 2.向糯米粉中加入适量的水,同时用筷子轻轻搅拌成絮状。
  • 3.用手揉成一个光滑的面团,盖上盖子静置一会儿。
  • 4.取适量的面团,搓圆按扁,在中间放上自制的黑芝麻馅料。
  • 5.将面团从四周向中间推上去,把馅料包住,收口后搓圆。
  • 6.锅中加水煮沸,下入做好的汤圆煮几分钟至熟透。
  • 7.盛出煮熟的汤圆,淋上少许桂花酱。
  • 8.这就可以吃了。
