Steps to make 椰蓉吐司

  • 1.制作椰蓉馅。黄油软化后加入糖粉打发分2次加入全蛋液,搅拌至吸收,再分2次加入牛奶,搅拌至吸收,最后加入椰蓉拌匀静置备用
  • 2.将除黄油外的所有材料放入面包机内开启和面程序
  • 3.揉至面团光滑时加入黄油,继续揉至面团完全阶段
  • 4.基础发酵至2-2.5倍大小
  • 5.将面团排气后擀成长方形
  • 6.铺上椰蓉馅
  • 7.从一侧卷起
  • 8.纵向从中间切开
  • 9.切面向上,扭成8字形,两端捏紧
  • 10. 放入吐司模
  • 11.最后发酵至九分满
  • 12.190度40分钟左右脱模即可
