中国人过年总要讨口彩!就像今天我做的扣肉卷,也取了一个好听的名字--扣如意卷!祝福大家在新的一年里万事如意!

Details of ingredients

  • 五花肉500g
  • 西兰花1颗
  • 料酒10ml
  • 甜面酱1勺
  • 生抽15ml
  • 冰糖25g
  • 生粉少许
  • 少许
  • 老抽20ml
  • 1棵
  • 香油5ml
  • 大料包1个
  • 姜片2片

Steps to make 扣如意卷

  • 1.五花肉切成5CM见方的肉块焯水
  • 2.焯水后的肉块捞出用水冲洗干净
  • 3.砂锅中加入适量清水后放入肉块、料酒、姜片、葱结和大料包(八角、桂皮、草果、香叶)
  • 4.煮沸后加入生抽、老抽、冰糖、盐和甜面酱拌匀,大火炖40分钟
  • 5.炖好的肉块彻底冷却后,用刀片成长条
  • 6.再重新卷起来
  • 7.把片好的肉卷放人碗里,肉皮朝下再淋上一些煮肉的汁水
  • 8.放人锅中蒸30分钟
  • 9.西兰花加油和盐焯水捞出沥干水分备用
  • 10.蒸好后的肉倒出汁水后,倒扣出来装盘
  • 11.把西兰花围边
  • 12.倒出来的汁水重新上灶加热,用湿淀粉勾芡淋上香油
  • 13.把浇汁淋在肉卷上即可
