酱爆鱿鱼卷
每到周末就是全身心放松的时候,早上睡觉不需要闹钟,晚上也是可以晚一点睡,网也不想上,吃饭也是很随意,好像一切都跟时间脱轨了,实在是很舒服!虽然变的很懒散,但我这个家庭主妇为了一家三口的生活起居,还是要尽心去做,只不过时间没有那么紧张而已!

  • 青椒五个
  • 甜面酱一大勺
  • 一汤勺
  • 两小勺
  • 黄酒一小勺
  • 鸡精一小勺
  • 开水半汤勺

Steps to make 酱爆鱿鱼卷

  • 1.将鱿鱼洗净后一切两片。
  • 2.去掉尾翼后,取其中的一片,内腔朝上斜放在菜板上。
  • 3.用刀在鱼肉上斜着刀板剞满深至4/5、间隔3毫米左右的斜刀纹,再直着刀与前面的刀纹交叉为90度,剞满间隔1.5毫米左右、深至4/5的刀纹。
  • 4.横着原料切成长4.5厘米左右、宽2厘米左右的块。
  • 5.将切好的鱿鱼片,放入沸水中烫一下。
  • 6.鱿鱼卷成小卷后捞出。
  • 7.洋葱剥去外皮、洗净后切成块。
  • 8.青椒也摘去蒂、洗净后一起切成菱形块。
  • 9.锅内放一汤勺油。
  • 10.烧热后,把所有的材料放入迅速爆一下。
  • 11.捞出后沥油。
  • 12.锅内留少量油,放葱姜煸黄后捞出。
  • 13.下一大勺甜面酱,煸出酱香味,然后加一小勺黄酒,两小勺糖和一小勺鸡精,再淋上半汤勺开水小火煸炒。
  • 14.熬至粘稠状时,放入所有材料,翻拌均匀后装盘。
