  • 玉米油17克
  • 牛奶23克
  • 抹茶粉3克
  • 低筋面粉30克

Steps to make 抹茶蛋糕(空气炸锅版)

  • 1.材料准备;
  • 2.蛋黄糊制作:先将蛋黄和细砂糖搅拌均匀;
  • 3.加入玉米油,用手动打蛋器搅拌均匀;
  • 4.加入牛奶,拌匀;
  • 5.筛入低筋面粉和抹茶粉;
  • 6.用手动打蛋器快速拌匀面糊至光滑无颗粒;
  • 7.蛋白糊制作:蛋清中加入数滴柠檬汁;
  • 8.分三次加入细砂糖打至干性发泡,用打蛋头拉起,蛋白成直立小尖角;
  • 9.将1/3的蛋白加入蛋黄糊中,翻拌均匀;
  • 10.然后将9倒回到剩余的蛋白中,翻拌均匀;
  • 11.剪一张稍微比蛋糕模小一圈的油纸,将油纸放入蛋糕模中;
  • 12.面糊倒入蛋糕模中,轻轻震动模具,震出气泡;
  • 13.将锡纸盖在蛋糕模上,为了防止在烘烤时,蛋糕表面上色过深;
  • 14.空气炸锅设置150度,预热5分钟,蛋糕模放入炸篮滑入空气炸锅,35分钟出炉立即倒扣,完全冷却后脱模。
