倍儿解馋的鱼丸脆皮肠焖锅
这些天不知道咋的了,总想吃口味重的食物。家里有现成的青苏干锅酱,还有自制的草鱼丸、牛肉脆皮肠,不如就把这些全用上,既清理了冰箱,还解了馋,有肉有菜,一大锅解决全家一顿饭。

自制的草鱼丸虽然模样差点儿,但90%是新鲜鱼肉,剩下10%是用起到粘合作用的淀粉和鸡蛋,还有少许白糖、盐、白胡椒粉,可比外买的鱼丸健康多了。尤其煮完之后,很弹口,却又不是带胶质的那种,而是很嫩的弹口。感兴趣的朋友可在我主页搜“自制草鱼丸”,有详细的图文制作。

在家做菜就是这么自在,太要局限于某些做法,随便鼓捣一下,说不定就很“出彩儿”。就像今天的这锅大炖菜,原本是干锅酱,我用来焖煮炖菜感觉比干锅的还好吃,浓汤也够滋味,如果人多,可做成火锅,边加热边涮菜,再来两把粉条,超赞!

Steps to make 倍儿解馋的鱼丸脆皮肠焖锅

  • 1.黑椒牛肉脆皮肠、草鱼丸解冻。
  • 2.放凉水锅中,中火加热。
  • 3.胡萝卜切滚刀块,红甜椒切块,娃娃菜切大块,芹菜杆切寸段,芹菜叶斩几刀,豆腐泡撕小口。
  • 4.待鱼丸和脆皮肠煮至完全膨胀时,加入不易熟、不易入味的胡萝卜、豆腐泡。
  • 5.加入适量青苏干锅酱,用量随自己的喜好添加。
  • 6.混合均匀后,盖盖子,小火焖煮15分钟充分入味。
  • 7.加入娃娃菜、芹菜杆、红甜椒,不盖盖子加热2分钟。
  • 8.起锅前加入芹菜叶,按入汤中焯烫变色即离火。
  • 9.鱼丸脆皮肠焖锅,鲜香味美,营养好吃又下饭!
