  • 1.打蛋盆中混合面粉、可可粉、小苏打和盐

  • 3.加入鸡蛋,继续搅打均匀
  • 4.添加香草精继续搅拌2分钟左右
  • 5.加入干红葡萄酒,搅打均匀
  • 6.混合筛入所有的粉类
  • 7.用手动打蛋器拌成面糊
  • 8.将面糊倒入铺好锡纸的烤盘中,放入预热好175度的烤箱,中层,上下火,烤30分钟左右
  • 9.烤好的蛋糕,放凉10分钟,切块再撒上些许糖粉,就可以窝在沙发上和他(她)一起分享了
