  • 1.准备食材洗干净。
  • 2.将胡萝卜,杏鲍菇和木耳切成丝。
  • 3.菠菜洗干净从中间切开。
  • 4.准备辅料。
  • 5.锅中加水,水开后里面加盐两滴油将胡萝卜,木耳和杏鲍菇焯水1.5分钟捞出过冷水沥干水分备用。
  • 6.先将菠菜梗放进去焯水20秒。
  • 7.再将菠菜叶焯水10秒中捞出过冷水沥干水分备用。
  • 8.碗里打入两个鸡蛋搅拌均匀。
  • 9.锅中倒油将鸡蛋摊成鸡蛋饼。
  • 10.将鸡蛋饼切成丝。
  • 11.锅中倒油,小火将花生炒熟捞出。
  • 12.将大蒜切片末,小葱切成葱花,小米辣切成小段。
  • 13.取一小碗,将大蒜末,小米辣圈和小葱末放进去,里面加一勺熟芝麻,盐,鸡精,花椒面,胡椒粉,白糖,生抽和醋,香油,再烧开浇在上面。
  • 14.将料汁搅拌均匀。
  • 15.将所有的菜放进一小盆里淋上料汁搅拌均匀即可。
