黑米红枣糯米糕
黑色入肾,黑米成熟后软糯中夹着一种筋道,吃起来口感很好,我用的是广西巴马的黑米,看一粒粒的黑米晶莹剔透的,米香味较浓。添加红枣后的黑米糯米糕,更是枣香加米香,蘸上白糖,口感加味觉都是很棒的。

Steps to make 黑米红枣糯米糕

  • 1.原料:糯米、黑米、红枣。
  • 2.将黑米和糯米提前清洗,用水浸泡2小时。
  • 3.红枣切成小丁。
  • 4.糯米、黑米中加适量的水,红枣丁也装小碗中,用蒸锅蒸20分钟。
  • 5.蒸好的黑米和糯米用筷子搅散放凉。
  • 6.用一个合适的容器,铺上保鲜膜或抹上一层食用油,用勺子沾上凉开水,舀适量的糯米铺在容器的底部并压平,再铺上一层红枣丁。
  • 7.再将黑米均匀的铺在上面,用勺子背压平。
  • 8.再铺上一层糯米,最后铺上一层红枣丁,压实撒上熟黑芝麻即可,没有也可以不撒,将定型好的糯米糕从容器中取出。
  • 9.成品。
