栗子甜饼

  • 低筋面粉120克
  • 细砂糖20克
  • 蛋液20克
  • 黄油70克
  • 栗子泥120克

Steps to make 栗子甜饼

  • 1.准备材料,栗子去壳去皮;
  • 2.将栗子和冰糖混合,在小火上加热至栗子变软,用木勺弄碎;
  • 3.不锈钢盆中加入黄油和细砂糖打至发白,加入蛋液继续搅打;
  • 4.加入栗子碎搅打;
  • 5.筛入低粉,用橡皮刮刀拌匀;
  • 6.取出,在面板上用手揉成l圆条状;
  • 7.分成大约20克一个的小面团,用手稍压扁,烤箱175度预热;
  • 8.依次做完,放入铺有烤盘纸的烤盘中,可做17个饼干胚;
  • 9.放进预热好的烤箱,上下火,中层,烤20分钟,放凉后即可食用;
