Steps to make 苹果面包

  • 1.面团材料按液体后固体使用程序放入面包桶。
  • 2.面团揉20分钟至光滑,加入软化的黄油。再揉至光滑,盖上发酵至2倍倍大。
  • 3.苹果切丁,加入糖,柠檬汁,把水份煮干。加入肉桂粉拌匀。
  • 4.发酵好的面团,分6份。滚圆后醒10分钟。
  • 5.取一个面团擀开,把气体排去,放上适量苹果馅。
  • 6.收口滚圆。
  • 7.全部做好,入烤箱发酵40分钟。
  • 8.发酵好之后,涮少许蛋液。插上肉桂棒。
  • 9.烤箱预热185度烤20至25分钟。
