Steps to make 葡萄干吐司

  • 1.将原料放入面包桶,液体放在下面,糖和盐对角放,上面放面粉,在面粉上挖个洞放入酵母。启动和面程序,揉成面团。
  • 2.放入黄油,继续一个和面程序。
  • 3.取出一块面,用手撑开,能拉出很薄的膜,这时面团就和好了,将面团好放入面包机中发酵。
  • 4.将面团发至在表面戳一个洞,洞口不回缩的程度就发好了。
  • 5.将发好的面取出排气,排好气后分成三分,滚圆,盖上保鲜膜松弛20分钟。
  • 6.将面团擀成椭圆形。
  • 7.在上面撒一层葡萄干
  • 8.将面团自上而下卷起。
  • 9.将做好的三个面团排入吐司模,进行二次发酵。
  • 10.面团发至9分满时盖上盖子,放入烤箱165度烤50分钟。(我的烤箱小,模子放入后接近上管,所以降低了烘烤温度)
