  • 1.羊肉大葱备用,羊肉切成薄片。
  • 2.葱姜切丝,大蒜切末。
  • 3.把羊肉李加入料酒和生抽拌匀,在家入水淀粉抓匀,腌渍约20分钟。
  • 4.炉灶大小火,把不粘锅放上。
  • 5.放入羊肉片划开,肉变白时即可把锅离火。
  • 6.再起锅,放一点油,放入从将大蒜爆香。
  • 7.把羊肉片倒入,这是要大火,油烟机打开,瞬间屋里的油烟跑光光。
  • 8.即可出锅。
  • 9.馋了吧。
